To make a product return, follow these steps:

1. Notify us within five business days of receipt of order based off the delivery date provided by the carrier that delivered the package by sending an explanation via email to: Support@DrinkAde.com or via USPS to:

2. Once you have received confirmation from a DrinkAde Customer Service Representative, you may ship your order with a copy of your receipt back to:

Offer Terms:

• Full refunds will be given only if we are notified in five business days of receipt
• Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
• Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase date.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your order will be shipped via Amazon Fulfillment - orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, however, there can sometimes be delays that are beyond our control. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

• Standard - Free on orders over $50. (3-6 business days after shipment)
• Expedited (1-3 business days after shipment)
• Priority (1 business day after shipment)

The shipping rate is based on product weight. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of your shipping will be.

We stand by our products 100%. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, notify us by emailing support@drinkade.com. We'll be happy to assist you!

Please note:

* Full refunds will be given only with information including where the product was purchased (include order number if purchased on our website or Amazon) and how it was used.

* The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for unopened items returned in the given time allotment will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Cancellations

Cancellations requested after the order has shipped will be considered a return. (see return policy above). Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs if the order has already shipped. 

We will do our best to assist any shipping errors and corrections, however keep in mind that our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and orders ship within 1-2 business days after receiving them. If we aren’t notified in a timely manner, then the package could be in transit. 

Customer is responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable order caused by shipping information errors provided by customer or any matter related to this.

How do I use DrinkAde?

For best results, we recommend drinking one full bottle (3.4 ounces) of Prevention or Boost before drinking and a Boost the next morning for  added energy. 

What is the difference between DrinkAde Prevention and Boost?

Prevention is a vitamin blend that helps support the body in neutralizing toxins, restoring vital nutrients, and rehydrating the body.* Boost is the same formula as Prevention, but it also has 189mg of natural caffeine (about two cups of coffee) and extra B-12.

What is in DrinkAde? 

DrinkAde products are comprised of a proprietary natural vitamin blend, amino acids, nutrients, and minerals. It is sugar free, gluten free, and low calorie (5 calories per serving). Key ingredients include Vitamin B, Potassium, Electrolytes, Milk Thistle, Green Tea Extract, Aloe Vera, and Gotu Kola.

Are your products healthy?

Yes. They are sugar free, gluten free, and low calorie (5 calories per serving). In addition, they are made of quality vitamins, amino acids and minerals.

If I order a large 750ml bottle, do I need to refrigerate it after I open it and, if so, how long will it keep in the fridge?

Yes. It will last about two weeks.

How do I store DrinkAde?

Before opening, store it refrigerated or at room temperature. Do not freeze it or expose it to prolonged sunlight or heat. If you've opened a 750ml bottle, store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks after opening. 

How does it taste?

Prevention is limeade flavored and Boost is berry flavored. We recommend chilling it and shaking it before drinking for optimal taste.
