Finally: A Fruity Cocktail That Helps Prevent Hangovers!


Yes, your heard it correctly, we have found another delicious cocktail recipe to add Never Too Hungover to: THE TOASTED COCONUT PINEAPPLE!

This sweet (but no sugar-added) drink not only tastes like tropical heaven, but it also combines the benefits of Never Too Hungover. It's a win-win!

1/2 cup shredded coconut for the rim
1/4 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup coconut rum
1 1/4 ounce dark rum
1/2 cup pureed pineapple 
1 bottle of Never Too Hungover (3.5 oz)

Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for 30 seconds. Strain the mix into the pineapple cup over ice. Garnish the edge of the pineapple with shredded coconut. VOILA! You've got yourself a delicious and tropical cocktail that also helps prevent hangovers!


Here's how to scoop out the pineapple for the purpose of a pineapple cocktail cup:

Think of it as if you are carving a pumpkin! Cut the top of the pineapple head with a sharp knife (be careful) then carve out the middle of the pineapple. Take the pineapple you scooped and puree it in a blender and save. TIP: When removing the middle, cut a circle leaving about 1/2 inch rim free around the sides, then slice the middle part diagonally and carve it out. This part may be messy, but it's the best way to get this done!
